Friendsgiving: Fall Portraits
Entry No. 18
It's a slightly overcast, not yet crisp fall morning on a Saturday in October. Enter three friends, Lauren, Jenna, & Gage. While the temps are still too hot for a true fall day, the leaves have some color to them, as they flutter from the limbs to the ground. The friends, dressed in their fall fashion best, step into frame each ready to pose for their fall photos.
While classic portraits were snapped with a Sony 85 mm lens, my favorites from that fall day were the candid in-between shots. Such as Jenna suggesting to Gage he should lift her up, carry her. Or shots snapped as Lauren rested her head on Jenna's shoulder.
No matter the season, documenting moments, the in-betweens, & the creative shots is one of my favorite things to do.
Enjoy this timeless photo gallery of three friends, frolicking in autumn's landscape, not worried about what's to come, but focusing on what is now.
